Yoga

The Sanskrit word yoga means union—union of environment, the senses, body, mind, and soul. Through the practice of Asanas (postures), you can experience a progressive settling of the mind.

Gentle yoga, based on the Deepak Chopra Seven Spiritual Laws, teaches us ancient principles that can be applied on and off the Yoga mat. Incorporating these teachings can transform your life.

Laughing YogaNEW

Nowadays, we are all struggling to some degree. Have you heard of Laughing Yoga? This popular movement focuses on unconditional laughter combined with yogic breathing to unleash your inner child, release stress, and bring more oxygen to the brain and body. Science has proven that laughter really is “the best medicine.” Laughing secretes the love drugs: dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins, which replace cortisol and adrenaline when stressed. Of course, laughter is contagious, so when practiced in groups, it can be even more effective in increasing energy and encouraging healthy physical, psychological, and social relationships. Created in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria, Laughing Yoga is now practiced in groups around the world. In fact, laughter therapy is now a key non-pharmacological intervention to lessen stress and anxiety. Let childlike playfulness fill your time with joyfulness that can last for days.
